DAY 1 Monday, October 4
SWIMMING: WOMEN'S 200M FREESTYLE
Nineteen-year-old Blair Evans won the 800 metre the first time she qualified for the Australian team. In her second year on the team, she won the 200 metre. She's become a sprinter.
We will have tough competition in all the swimming events, especially from Britain, which is getting ready for the 2012 London Olympics.
Delhi won't be like the Melbourne Commonwealth Games when the girls won every event except two in the pool. Jazmin Carlin from Wales and Joanne Jackson from England will be pushing Blair for the win.
MEN'S 200M BUTTERFLY
Nick D'Arcy is racing in the 200-metre butterfly. What's been forgotten in all the controversy that has surrounded Nick is that he's a really good swimmer and hasn't had the opportunity to race. He recently finished second to Michael Phelps at the Pan Pacific Championships in the 200-metre butterfly. I think he will win gold at these Commonwealth Games.
DAY 2 Tuesday, October 5
CYCLING: WOMEN'S 500M TIME TRIAL
This should produce one of two gold medals that I hope Anna Meares will win. She was an Olympic gold medallist in 2004 and finished second in 2008 in the sprint, despite a horrific accident resulting in broken back bones at the start of 2008.
SWIMMING: 50M BREASTSTROKE
Leisel Jones makes her first appearance at the games today, where she'll be defending three titles. This is the first stepping stone to London 2012. I'm confident she's going to be our first swimmer to go to four Olympics. Dawn Fraser might have done it but she was banned after allegedly pinching a flag outside Emperor Hirohito's palace during the 1964 Olympics in Tokyo.
DAY 3 Wednesday, October 6
GYMNASTICS: ALL-ROUND FINAL
I love gymnastics and wanted to be a gymnast but I was too tall. The men's and women's final will be a great event. They go through all the apparatus: the floor, the bolt, the bars, the rings and, at the end of the day, an all-around champion will be crowned. The ones to watch are Australian champ, Georgia Bonora, and defending Commonwealth champ, Joshua Jefferis.
DAY 5 Friday, October 8
SWIMMING: 100M BACKSTROKE
Emily Seebohm is fearless and in great form but she's coming up against an English girl named Gemma Spofforth who is the current world champion. Gemma won the European Championships, Emily won the Pan Pacs and they're going head to head.
DAY 4 Thursday, October 7
CYCLING: WOMEN'S SPRINT
Anna Meares again. The men will be racing in the 4000m team pursuit, which has always been a really good event for us. We have been Olympic and Commonwealth champions on a few occasions.
SWIMMING: WOMEN'S 100M BUTTERFLY, MEN'S 100M FREESTYLE
Jessicah Schipper and Eamon Sullivan will be up. I keep mentioning the women swimmers as we have a very strong female team. Since the retirements of Ian Thorpe and Grant Hackett we're looking for a couple of leading lights internationally. I hope Eamon can get back to form. He's such a talented athlete and hopefully he will get back to where he was pre-injuries.
Brent Hayden, 2007 World champ from Canada, will be the one Eamon needs to watch.
SWIMMING: WOMEN'S 100M BREASTSTROKE
This will undoubtedly be Leisel Jones's best event. She will have competition from her teammate and training partner Sarah Katsoulis and Canadian Annamay Pierse, record holder in the 200m breaststroke. A win would see Leisel claim her 10th career gold and place her alongside Ian Thorpe and Susie O'Neil as our most prolific gold medal winners.

Matthew Cowdrey is champion from 2006. He's impressive.
MEN'S 100M BUTTERFLY
For everyone out there, Geoff Huegill is an inspiration. He was a Commonwealth champion in 1998, took a few years off and ate pizza every night. He then lost close to 45 kilos. The biggest loser could become the biggest winner.
NETBALL: AUSTRALIA V MALAWI
It's a qualifying match, a good warm-up. Our big competition is New Zealand, who beat us in 2006, but we'll only take them on in the medal rounds.
DAY 6 Saturday, October 9
SWIMMING: MEN'S AND WOMEN'S 400M MEDLEY RELAY
On the last day of swimming, we have two gold relays up for grabs. At the 2006 Commonwealth Games, the men didn't win a gold medal until this last event. They're pretty keen on defending it this time around.
ATHLETICS: 400M
We know that John Steffensen, who is the defending champion from 2006, won't be at the games but it would be nice to think that Ben Offereins might step up.
DAY 7 Sunday, October 10
CYCLING: MEN'S AND WOMEN'S ROAD RACE
The Commonwealth Games and Olympics have been a happy hunting ground for road races, particularly for the women cyclists. The 167-kilometre course for men and 100-kilometre for women will be around Delhi; in the men's race, defending Commonwealth champ Matthew Hayman is a chance again, as is Rochelle Gilmore in the women's.
DIVING: WOMEN'S SYNCHRONISED 10M PLATFORM
I wouldn't want to be jumping off a 10m platform, then twisting and turning to hit the water at 50km/h. Alex Croak and Melissa Wu are two to watch. This is the first day of diving and over coming days we'll see Olympic champion Matthew Mitcham diving in four different disciplines: one-metre springboard (Sunday), three-metre springboard (next Monday), synchronised 10-metre platform (Tuesday) and 10-metre platform (Wednesday).

FREE TO AIR
Ten will clear its schedule for the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games from Sunday, with continuous coverage from 1pm to 4am daily on both the main channel and One until October 14. Hosts will be Stephen Quartermain (1pm-5.30pm), Bill Woods (5.30pm-11.30pm) and Corey Wingard (11.30pm-4am).
Though the coverage on One will be in high-definition, anti-siphoning legislation prevents the network from broadcasting different Games events on its second channel. Reporting from Delhi are Tim Lane and Robert DeCastella (athletics), Anthony Hudson and Nicole Livingstone (aquatics), Phillip Liggett (cycling), Liz Ellis (netball) and Daniel Ryan (gymnastics).
Good Morning Delhi will air daily from 6am to 9am.
